Pilates on the Reformer
Pilates on the Reformer uses spring tension machines and your own body weight to create exercises that will stretch and strengthen your muscles. By integrating the breath in smooth, controlled movements, the body develops longer and leaner muscles that are supported from the joint.
What is Pilates?
Pilates is a complete system of stretching and strengthening. Joseph Pilates stated that his method "develops the body uniformly, corrects wrong postures, restores physical vitality, invigorates the mind and elevates the spirit". Pilates also increases strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and is a perfect performance enhancement no matter what your fitness level may or may not be.
Private Sessions
Private training sessions are designed with your individual goals, needs and abilities to help you achieve or exceed your goals that much faster. During your sessions you may be using the Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrels.
